■ Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation fees vary depending on the total rental time and the time of cancellation.
- If the rental reservation was made with a rental rate and damage waiver coupon, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the amount after applying the coupon.
- If the reservation was made using a coupon other than a rental and damage waiver coupon or with a discount other than a coupon, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the amount before applying the discount.
※ If you cancel the reservation within 30 minutes after making the reservation and completing the payment, no fee is charged regardless of the criteria in the table below; provided, however, that once the rental time starts, a fee is charged.
※ Once your rental time has started, the fees shall not be refunded for any time that has elapsed, regardless of whether you drove the car. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the remaining rental time.
※ For a car delivery service, if you cancel the service less than 2 hours before the rental time starts, a penalty of KRW 10,000 and a drop-off and pick-up fee will be additionally charged with the cancellation fee.
※ For non-refundable products, the service fee will be 100% charged as a cancellation fee regardless of the time of cancellation and rental period.

SOCAR operates a penalty system to help create a desirable carsharing culture. Penalties are based on the minimum operating cost to repair the damage.

■ Advancing the rental time & extending the return time
You cannot extend your rental time if it overlaps with another reservation. In case you advance your rental time or extend your return time, you cannot use coupons or get other discounts.
