■ Fuel Level Setting and Return

When renting a vehicle, the fuel level is set as a percentage,

and it must be returned at the same fuel level.

Example: If the fuel gauge is at 50%, the vehicle must be returned at a fuel level of 50%.

■ Cost and Refueling for Low Fuel

If the fuel level at return is lower than the initial level, you will be charged for the fuel shortage. The fuel charge will be billed to the card you provided.
You must refuel the vehicle according to the amount used and complete the refueling at a gas station before returning the vehicle.

The rental fee is based on the fuel level at the time of rental; therefore, refunds for any additional fuel purchased are not possible.

• Card inside the vehicle: This card is only for Socar employees; please do not use it under any circumstance

How to Use a Self-Service Gas Station

When using a self-service gas station and choosing the "fill up" option, an amount of approximately 150,000 KRW will be pre-authorized regardless of the actual fuel amount.
After fueling is complete, the final charge will be adjusted to the actual amount of fuel dispensed. The pre-authorized amount will be cancelled only after the actual fuel amount has been charged.
If the card is removed during fueling, the fuel amount may not be accurately charged.
Please make sure to check the following points.

■ Important Points

※ Do not remove the card until fueling is complete.
※ Be sure to check the receipt to confirm that the final amount has been correctly charged.
※ If you remove the card in the middle of fueling or if the amount is not charged correctly, please inform the gas station staff immediately.
