1. Rental precautions

• Smoking inside the car is prohibited.
• All occupants must wear a seat belt.
• Any pets must be in a pet carrier while in the car.
• All vehicles must be returned by the renter. There are no one- way rentals available.
• Only the driver(s) mentioned in the contract is/are permitted to drive the vehicle.
• A fee may be levied if you return your car without cleaning up any trash inside or if the vehicle is returned dirty.e vehicle for payments at gas stations. Unauthorized use will lead to charges.

2. 12 major traffic violations

01) Failing to obey signals or instructions
02) Crossing the centerline, jaywalking or U-turning or driving in reverse on highways or other motorways
03) Driving beyond the speed limit
04) Passing or merging outside of permitted zones or times
05) Failing to obey railroad crossing signals
06) Endangering pedestrians at a crosswalk
07) Driving without a license
08) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
09) Failing to obey crosswalk signals
10) Failing to comply with passenger fall prevention obligations
11) Failing to obey instructions in childprotection zones
12) Failing to properly secure cargo in/on the vehicle

3. Penalties for Violation of Traffic Laws

Renter is responsible for all penalties incurred due to violation of the Road Traffic Act such as with parking, driving in a bus lane, not wearing a seat belt during the rental period. Insurance coverage may only partially apply if an accident occurs due to the driver violating the Road Traffic Act.

4. Parking Regulations in Korea

1. No Illegal or Double Parking:

• Absolutely no illegal or double parking is allowed.

2. Park Only in OFFICIAL parking lots.

3. In Case of Complaints:

• If a complaint arises, we will contact you via email, so please make sure to check your inbox.

Please park in accordance with the parking lines in the parking lot. When parking on the street, please avoid blocking building entrances and crosswalks.
