How to Self-Pickup the Vehicle
1. Complete the pre-rental steps.
a. Required Documents
Please take pictures of your passport, IDP, and local driver's license and submit them as instructed in the email.
b. Electronic Contract
Two days before vehicle pickup, you will receive an email requesting you to sign the electronic contract. Please sign the vehicle rental agreement.
c. Web Smart Key
One day before vehicle pickup, you will receive an email with the web smart key. You can use the web smart key to unlock and lock the vehicle, as well as to return the vehicle.
2. Let us know your arrival and pickup status.
a. SOCAR CS Channel
SOCAR's official customer service channel for foreign customers is ChannelTalk.
b. Please provide your name.
ChannelTalk and SOCAR randomly set the customer's name when a chat is initiated to protect customer privacy. Please provide your name when starting the chat so that the agent can verify your reservation information.
c. Let us know your arrival time to pick up the vehicle.
3. Open the vehicle door with the web smart key.
By activating the web smart key you received via email, you can unlock and lock the vehicle door, and return the vehicle yourself.
How to Return the Vehicle
1. Let us know your expected return time.
a. SOCAR CS Channel
SOCAR's official customer service channel for foreign customers is ChannelTalk.
b. Leave a ChannelTalk message with your expected arrival time.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond the scheduled return time, please contact us. Unauthorized delays in return may result in a penalty.
2. Return the Vehicle using the Web Smart Key.
a. Please return the vehicle to the designated location.

b. Return the vehicle using the web smart key.
Please check that all the lights are off, no personal belongings are left behind, and the vehicle is clean.
c. Inform us of the return via ChannelTalk.
